Dementia Patients in Wales Benefit from Cannula Sleeves

Dementia cannula sleeves, which have been devised and made by volunteers at Handmade for Dementia, have now been issued to the Welsh Ambulance Service.

Handmade for Dementia

These new sleeves are used to help dementia patients who may be panicking and could pull out needles from their arms during any treatment they are being given, and have been proven to work effectively.
