Royal Free London Wins Smarter Working Award for Recruitment ‘Robot’

Members of the Royal Free London recruitment team have taken home the Welsh Government Award for Smarter Working in recognition of their innovative use of a ‘robot’ to rationalise the recruitment of new staff.

STU, the robot in question, has enabled Royal Free London to reduce the average amount of time taken to recruit doctors, nurses and support staff by five days, while decreasing data errors and revamping the recruitment process for employees and potential candidates alike.
